About Boiling Springs, SC - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Located in northern Spartanburg County, Boiling Springs was originally settled in the late 1700s. At that time, two large springs were found here, and they attracted many visitors, as they once shot six feet in the air. Today, only one geyser remains, but the population of the community has grown steadily to its current 8,200 residents. Local children attend classes through the Spartanburg County School District 2, which has been recognized as one of the top districts in the state.

There are many interesting places to visit in Boiling Springs. Lake Bowen is a primary recreational facility and offers boating, fishing, swimming, and other outdoor water sports. Golf is popular in the region, and the Boiling Springs Golf Center is located directly in this city. There are a variety of unique restaurants, such as Thai Ya’ll, Taco Grill, The 8.6. Pho, and Konnichiwa Bento, Sushi & Grill. While big-box retailers like Walmart are found in Boiling Springs, smaller shops also call the community home, including Palmetto Twist, Vintage Drift, Cowboy Connection, and Carol’s Hope Thrift Store.

Found in a humid subtropical climate region, summers in the area are hot with high humidity. Daytime highs into the 90s are common, and muggy air can lead to some oppressively hot outdoor conditions. A central air conditioner or the energy-efficient cooling action of a heat pump will keep residents comfortable until the season change.

Winters in Boiling Springs are milder than other parts of the U.S. In fact, while northern states are battling snow, sleet, and freezing weather, temperatures in Boiling Springs average in the 50s. Still, the right heat pump or furnace is necessary to ensure indoor temperatures stay comfortable regardless of outdoor conditions, and an annual inspection with an experienced HVAC technician ensures that these systems run at peak efficiency throughout the season.
